Can I switch plans at any time?

Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated with any remaining credit on the existing Advertising Plan. Downgrades are scheduled for renewal and require auto-renew to be enabled. Turning off auto-renew lets the current term finish without renewing. Switching from annual to monthly is not currently available through the website; contact Support for help.

When you upgrade, remaining prorated credit from your current plan is applied toward the new plan. Review the amount due before confirming the change on the Subscriptions page; prices and available discounts may change.
