Providing Useful Feedback
We often get feedback such as "It doesn't work" or "I don't like this". We welcome and listen to ALL feedback, both positive and critical. However, general feedback is often not helpful. Providing details will help us understand and help you better.
Reporting Problems
If you are unable to accomplish a task, it's possible that there's a bug we need to fix. It's also possible that everything works, and we can give you some pointers to solve your problem. If you can't find an answer in our support docs, please let us know:
- What task are you trying to accomplish?
- What specific problem did you encounter?
- What device were you using? (e.g., iMac, PC, iPad, Android phone, etc)
- Were you using a browser or our app? If browser, what kind and what version?
- If possible, please provide a screenshot. Images are incredibly helpful because they often contain details that help us spot the issue immediately.
These details will help us reproduce the problem so our developers can fix it, or so that we can quickly point you in the right direction.
Requesting Changes
We are constantly updating to the site and sometimes that makes things look or act differently. We understand it can be frustrating to adapt to these changes. We promise that we have good reasons for all of these changes, and attempt to make the transition as smooth as possible.
Instead of saying "this is hard to use", please give specific examples:
- When I am in the messenger, the buttons are so small I keep hitting the wrong ones.
- When I am trying to switch between categories from the index page, I have to click 3 times to get where I need to go.
If you are commenting on a change, instead of saying, "I hate the new way" or "I like the way it was better before", please let us know
specifically what you liked about the way it was before versus how it is now. For example:
- Before on the index page, I could see all of the things on one page. Now I have to flip between multiple pages.
- Before on the store page, the color scheme was easier on my eyes. Now it's too bright in my opinion.
In many cases we can easily make updates that address the issue.
Also, please understand that user opinions vary a lot, and we cannot make everyone entirely happy. However, we want to hear from you, and absolutely take your feedback into consideration.
Where to Send Feedback
You can always send feedback directly to us through this help system or by emailing [email protected]. An even better approach for suggesting features is to post your idea in our Community Forums. This allows other users to chime in and add their own thoughts and solutions.
