Change the Store Owner name

To change the owner of your store or add an additional owner's name, follow these steps:

Requirements:

The new owner must write in from the primary email address associated with the store account. They need to submit the following verification photos:

1. Photo Holding an Animal: A picture of the new owner holding one of their animals while standing in front of the animal's enclosure. The new owner's face must be clearly visible in this picture.
2. Clear Picture of ID: A clear, legible photograph of their government-issued ID. They do not need to be holding the ID in the picture, but it’s acceptable if they are.
