Why are my emails showing the wrong "From" name?

This happens to users occasionally, when their email program (like Gmail) mistakenly associates an MorphMarket email address with a specific user name whom you previously messaged.

You should be able to fix this in your email program by deleting the Contact that it is using to associate this user's name to the [email protected].

As a side note, for messaging, we recommend you download the MorphMarket app which will give you real-time message notifications. It also has a Messenger you can use to send replies.
