MorphMarket+ and Verified Buyers

MorphMarket+ (MM+) is a membership option designed for non-sellers to get access to certain premium features including higher shipping discounts, Auction Max Bids, and more. MM+ members can elect to have their account verified.

What is Buyer Verification?

Verified buyers will have a checkmark next to their username at the top of their Buyer Profile page, and will show a "Verified" badge next to the ID field.

Important: Buyer verification confirms a buyer's identity and helps build trust with sellers. However, it does not guarantee the legitimacy or intentions of a buyer.

• Sellers are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying the credibility of buyers before completing a transaction.
• MorphMarket does not guarantee that a verified buyer is not engaging in fraudulent activity and assumes no liability for losses arising from such transactions. Always exercise caution and conduct your own due diligence.

Buyer Verification Process

All paid members qualify for the Buyer Verification badge.

• Approved sellers with paid memberships will automatically receive the verification badge on their buyer profile page.
• Non-sellers will need to submit Buyer Verification documentation after purchasing the MM+ membership.
• Buyer verification is only available for paid members. If your membership ends, regardless of selling status, you will lose your buyer verification badge, and will qualify again once a new membership is purchases.

To qualify:

• Complete your User Profile
  • Fill out all required User Profile fields.
  • You must list the legal first and last name(s) of all account users on your User Profile.
    • Once verified, this can not be changed. If you need assistance, please email [email protected]
• Sign up for MM+ and Submit Verification Documents
  • Via your Subscriptions page, sign up for the MM+ membership.
  • Submit the verification photos detailed here.
  • Note: Once verified, it may take up to an hour for the badge to appear.

How to Sign up for MM+

To sign up for MM+, access your Subscriptions page.

• To access this page, open your user profile menu.
  • On mobile, this appears when you click your profile photo in the upper right corner (next to the messenger button).
  • On desktop, click on your username in the upper right corner (next to the messenger button).
• Scroll down to "Subscriptions."
• Add a valid Payment Method
  • Credit Card or PayPal is accepted.
• Select your membership option.
• Follow the prompts and checkout.

Note: It may take up to an hour for all MM+ features to be available. Additional documentation is required for the Buyer Verification badge.
