Store Promotions
In addition to our advertising plans, sellers can purchase additional add-ons to promote their store/listings.
- Targeted Offers can be sent to customers/followers informing them of a site-wide sale or of new animal listings.
- Exclusive Discounts can be offered to users who have liked or saved a specific animal.
Targeted Offers
Sellers can send alerts about New Animal Drops and Store-wide Sales to their customers and/or followers.
- Each alert type can be sent out one time per every 30 days.
To access this feature head over to your Subscriptions page or click Promote button located in the upper-right corner of your My Animals page.
- Click on the alert type you would like to send.
- New Animal Drop: Notify customers/followers about newly listed animals in your store.
- Store-wide Sale: Notify customers/followers about newly listed animals in your store.
- Select the audience you would like to send this alert to.
- Customers: People who have made purchases from you on MorphMarket.
- Followers: People who follow your store.
- Confirm details & review cost
- A confirmation screen will appear and show you the cost to send that alert. This will be charged automatically to the advertising plan payment method on file.
- Please be sure to confirm the correct payment method via your Subscriptions page.

- Once confirmed, an alert with a link to your listings will go out to your targeted audience.
Exclusive Discounts
Sellers can also offer Exclusive Discounts to users who have liked or saved a specific animal.
To access this feature head over to your Subscriptions page or click Promote button located in the upper-right corner of your My Animals page.
- Click on the Exclusive Discount alert type
- Select the animal to add the offer to
- Select a percentage or a fixed discount amount
- Select how long the offer will be good for
- Select the audience.
- Liked: Users who have liked this animal
- Saved: Users who have saved this animal
- Confirm details & review cost
- A confirmation screen will appear and show you the cost to send that alert. This will be charged automatically to the advertising plan payment method on file.
- Please be sure to confirm the correct payment method via your Subscriptions page.

- If a user contacts you regarding the promotion, a system message will show up in the onsite messenger thread with them.
