Store Alerts
Sellers with a Basic+ advertising plan can create store alerts to to inform buyers about shipping delays, slower response times, out-of-office notices, or other important updates.
These alerts are displayed as banners in several places:
- At the top of Buyer Inquiries and Direct Messages
- At the top of existing message threads
- On your Store Page
Note: Store Alerts do not send notifications to buyers and are not an auto-reply feature. They are only displayed as banners on the site.
You can create, edit, enable, or disable Store Alerts from your Seller Settings page or by clicking the three-dot menu on an active alert.
Enable an Alert
- Click the "Enable" checkbox
- Select an Alert Type
- Enter the Alert
- Save Changes

Other Information and Suggestions
- Only one Store Alert can be active at a time.
- Keep alerts short, clear, and relevant.
- Use Store Alerts sparingly and remove them when they are no longer needed.
