Why am I being told that I did not respond when I did respond?
If you receive a notification indicating that you haven't responded to a buyer's inquiry, it's likely due to one of the following reasons:
- Replies Not Sent Through Our System:
- Our system automatically sends a reminder message to sellers if a reply is not sent through the MorphMarket system within several days. Ensure that all responses are made directly through MorphMarket Messenger to avoid these reminders.
- Responding Via Other Methods:
- If you responded to the inquiry through another method (e.g., text or personal email), the system will not recognize it. To update your response status, visit your messages page and follow these steps:
- Click on the inquiry message.
- Select "Reply."
- Choose "Responded Elsewhere."
