Public feedback for "Time Wasting Tire Kickers"?

The problem with leaving public feedback for inquirers is that we don't allow them to do this for sellers either, if no transaction has taken place. Imagine if any inquirer could just leave public feedback about you, having not even gotten into a transaction. Ratings would just become a place to talk rubbish about each other, rather than legitimate reviews from people who have worked with each other.

You can always block users though, which will prevent them from inquiring on any other listing of yours. You can do this from either their user page or the "Actions" menu in a message thread on MorphMarket.
