Bulk Messenger Actions

Bulk message actions make it easy to manage multiple messages at once. Instead of handling each message individually, you can now select several at the same time, saving you time and effort. This guide will show you step-by-step instructions on how to use the feature.

Mobile

• Open your onsite messenger.
• Click on the tab with the three dots located underneath the search bar on the left side.

• Click "Select Messages"

• Click the box to the left of the individual message thread to select messages one-by-one, or click "Select All" in the lower left corner to select all.

• Click on the "Actions" menu in the lower right corner.

• Select the action that you would like to perform. This will be applied to all selected messages.
  • These actions include: Mark as Read, Mark as Unread, Archive, Add and Remove Messenger Tags.

• Once complete, click the "Done" tab.

Note: You will NOT be able to open individual message threads while the boxes are visible on mobile.

Desktop

• Open the onsite messenger, and click on the "Select" button

• To select threads individually, click on the checkbox to the left of the message preview

• You can also select all by clicking on the "Select All" text in the lower left corner of the toolbar located at the bottom of the page.

• Select the bulk action you would like to perform using the toolbar at the bottom of the page. This action will be applied to all selected messages.

• When complete, click on the "Done" button. This is located in the same spot as the original "Select" button.
