Shipping Alerts and Updates

05/07/25: Insurance is active again. Please ship mindfully.

05/05/25: Severe thunder storms, high winds and golf ball sized hail is expected through the Central US and upper Midwest. Record breaking low temps are expected around the peak low pressure zones, while temps are expected to be 10-20 degrees warmer above and below. We do not recommend shipping Monday and Tuesday. There will likely be delays at origin and destination airports as well as Memphis and Indy. Insurance will be void.

Important Reminders

Monitor Temperatures: Pay attention to temperatures at the origin, the sort facility, and the destination.

Heat Pack Reminder: Friendly reminder to ALWAYS open and activate your heat packs at least an hour before boxing up your shipments. Heat packs fail, and if you don't give them ample time to activate, you may not realize they haven’t activated until you receive a message from your recipient that things have gone terribly wrong. It's cold out; an extra bit of time and care can make all the difference. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact [email protected]

Avoid Shipping on Thursdays: Please ship live animals Monday-Wednesday. Thursdays have an increased chance of delays, and the animal may get stuck over the weekend.

Customer IDs: Please make sure your customer brings a valid photo ID for pickup at the selected Ship Center, or the package will not be released to them.
