ID Verified Accounts

What is ID Verification?

ID Verified Users will have a checkmark next to their username at the top of their Buyer Profile page, and will show a "Verified" badge next to the ID field. These users can also access additional features, such as Max Bids. ID Verification is required to sell.

Sellers

• Approved sellers  will automatically receive the verification badge on their buyer profile page.
  • If you have a seller account, and are not yet approved, you can learn how to do so here.

Buyers

• Non-sellers will need to follow the verification process detailed in this article.

Important: ID verification confirms a buyer's identity and helps build trust with sellers. However, it does not guarantee the legitimacy or intentions of a buyer.

• Sellers are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying the credibility of buyers before completing a transaction.
• MorphMarket does not guarantee that a verified buyer is not engaging in fraudulent activity and assumes no liability for losses arising from such transactions. Always exercise caution and conduct your own due diligence.

Buyer Verification Process

To qualify:

• Complete your User Profile
  • Fill out all required User Profile fields.
  • You must list the legal first and last name(s) of all account users on your User Profile.
    • Once verified, this can not be changed. If you need assistance, please email [email protected]
• Submit Verification Documents
  • Submit the verification photos detailed here.
  • Note: Once verified, it may take up to an hour for the badge to appear.

Seller Verification Process

To qualify:

• Complete your User Profile
  • Fill out all required User Profile fields.
  • You must list the legal first and last name(s) of all account users on your User Profile.
    • Once verified, this can not be changed. If you need assistance, please email [email protected]
• Create a Store
  • Fill out all required fields
• Submit Verification Documents & Get Store Approved
  • Submit the verification photos detailed here.
  • Note: Once approved and verified, it may take up to an hour for the verified badge to appear, and to access selling features.
