Managing Advertising Plans on MorphMarket

MorphMarket Advertising Plans can be managed from your Subscriptions page.

This guide explains how to access, update, and cancel your plan, manage your payment methods, and purchase add-ons.

Accessing Your Subscriptions

1. Log in to your MorphMarket account.

   Open the account menu:

   • On desktop: click your username in the top-right corner.
   • On mobile: tap your profile icon (circle with your store logo).
2. Choose the Subscriptions menu item.

On this page, you’ll see your current Advertising Plans, renewal settings, payment details, and any add-on options.

Changing or Canceling Your Advertising Plans

Your Advertising Plans controls how many animals you can list and which features you can access. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from the subscriptions page.

Change Advertising Plans

• To change plans, select the plan you want from the list and click Update Advertising Plans.
• If upgrading, the change takes effect immediately, and any unused portion of your old plan is credited toward the new one.

Cancel Advertising Plans

• To cancel, uncheck the Auto-renew box and click Update Advertising Plans.
• Your plan will remain active until the end of your billing cycle, but will not renew afterward.

Key Advertising Plans Rules

Keep the following in mind when making changes:

• Subscriptions are paid in advance and non-refundable.

  Upgrades (including switching from monthly to yearly) take effect immediately and apply prorated credit from your existing plan.

  Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

  Switching from yearly to monthly plans is not currently possible in the system. Even if you are upgrading to a higher plan, the system will not allow this.

  • If you need to make this change, please contact support, and we can manually adjust your subscription.

Payment Methods

MorphMarket subscriptions can be paid with:

• Credit or Debit Card
• PayPal

To update your payment method:

1. Scroll to the bottom of the subscriptions page.
2. Click Disconnect Card.
3. Reconnect a new Credit/Debit Card or PayPal account.

Renewal Options

When updating your plan, you’ll see several checkboxes:

• Renew Now – Immediately renew your Advertising Plans, applying prorated credit for unused time on your current plan.
• Auto-renew – Keeps your Advertising Plans active without interruption. Uncheck this to cancel at the end of the term.
• Terms of Service Agreement – You must agree to the Terms of Service and Rules before changes can be saved.

Add-Ons

In addition to your Advertising Plans plan, you can purchase extra features on the subscriptions page.

Sponsor a Category (Featured Stores)

• Cost: $10 per month per category.
• Your store will appear as a Featured Store in that category.
• You must have at least one active listing in the sponsored category.

Auction Credits

• Cost: $25 per auction credit.
• Limit: Up to 10 credits per calendar month.
• Credits are required to list animals in auctions.
