Where can I see my account/auction credits?

You can see any available account, shipping, add-on, or auction credits via your seller Dashboard.

Step 1: Open your Seller Dashboard

• On mobile, open your user profile menu. This appears when you click your profile photo in the upper right corner (next to the messenger button)

• From there, click on  "Dashboard" located at the top of the menu navigation.

• On desktop, open your user profile menu by clicking on your username in the upper right corner.

• From there, click on  "Dashboard" located at the top of the menu navigation. You can also click on the "Dashboard" button via the sidebar navigation.

Step 2: View Your Credits

• On mobile and some tablet/desktop devices, click on your store profile photo located at the top of the page.

• You will be redirected to your stats page. Once here, scroll down.

• At the bottom of this page, you can see your shipping referral stats, available credits, and auction stats.

• On desktop, this is located at the bottom of the right-hand column (the column with your store logo at the top).
