Why could my message not be delivered?

Error E01: Unknown Inquiry ID

This error indicates that the system could not recognize the inquiry ID associated with your message. This can happen if the inquiry has been deleted or if there was a typo in the ID. To resolve this:

Error E02: Unknown Sender

This error occurs when the system does not recognize the sender of the message. This might happen if your account details are incorrect or if you are not logged in. To fix this:

Attachments Limit

You can only attach up to 30.0 MB of files per message. If your attachments exceed this limit:

  • Reduce the file size of your attachments.
