Maintenance Mode
At times, you may encounter a page indicating that MorphMarket is in "Maintenance Mode." This temporary state is implemented for various reasons, all of which are aimed at ensuring MorphMarkets reliability, security, and performance.
During this period, certain features of the site, or MorphMarket as a whole, may be temporarily unavailable or limited. Maintenance mode allows our team to implement updates, fix bugs, and make necessary adjustments
Maintenance mode typically lasts anywhere from 5 seconds to 15 minutes, depending on the nature of the updates or maintenance tasks being performed. However, during significant updates or tasks, the duration may exceed this. This is nothing to worry about, and we will try to make you aware in advance of any significant planned downtime.
What about my ongoing Auction/Sale listing?
We understand that you may have ongoing auctions or sales listings when maintenance mode is initiated. If your auction or sale listing is active when MorphMarket enters Maintenance Mode, we will automatically add three additional hours to the listing's timer. This extension is applied to compensate for any downtime.
What you can do while you wait:
Communicate with Buyers
If necessary, communicate with your buyers and followers to inform them of any changes to the duration of your listings due to maintenance mode.
